Typically, a child support order that originated in Pennsylvania terminates when the child emancipates (turns 18 years old or has graduated from high school, whichever comes last). If any arrears remain after emancipation, they will continue to be collected.

A member of our staff will then reach out to you to confirm you are including everything required by the Title IVD agency on a support order. If one or both parties are not represented you will be required to submit income documentation with your agreement as well.
