    The County of Montgomery has prepared a Draft 2022 Annual Action Plan (AAP) for Community Planning and Development. This is a requirement for assistance under certain HUD funding programs. The Draft 2022 AAP is available June 6 – July 6, 2022 for citizens, public agencies, and other interested parties to examine and submit comments. Citizens may submit their comments through the mail, telephone or via email.  Comments will be received until July 6, 2022

    The Draft 2022 Annual Action Plan is available for public examination online at www.montcopa.org. 

    A virtual Public Hearing on the AAP and Substantial amendment will be held on Thursday, June 23, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. Interested parties may attend the hearing and present their comments on the Draft Plan.  If you have a special need and require an accommodation in order to participate, please contact the office at 610-278-3540.  Advance notice of 5 days is required for sign-language or non-English speaking interpreter services, at no cost to the requester.

  1. Cross County Trail East Feasibility Study - Public Meeting

    Please join representatives from the Montgomery County Planning Commission (MCPC) and its technical and engineering consultant, NV5, who will share information about the concept plans for the proposed Cross County Trail East alignment and answer questions at any time throughout the 90-minute period. Participants are encouraged to view the drone video and submit comments on the concept plans for the proposed alignment prior to the meeting.
