Come to the park to create some festive holiday crafts to take home (or give as a gift). Participants can choose from a variety of craft projects including “Winsome Woodland Critters”, a centerpiece, wall-hanging, pine-cone wreath and more. We provide all the cones, nuts, pods needed to create your masterpiece from natural materials. NO previous crafting experience needed, our talented instructors can help you along the way. Bring a hot-glue gun, if you like (or borrow one of ours). Ages 12 to adult. Program fee of $ 10.00 per person. Spaces limited, pre-registration required. Learn about the sport of Orienteering. Mary Frank from Delaware Valley Orienteering Association will teach the basics. After the lesson, take your new knowledge and put it to the test on a sample course. This program is about 2 hours and you will hike 1.5 miles on all paved trails. All ages; Free Limited space - registration required. Please register for this event by contacting Rebecca at rblacketter@montcopa.org. Meeting location will be provided once you register. Also reach out for directions if needed! GPS does not always take you to the right location of the park. Our educator, Rebecca can make sure you get where you need to be!
