2. REQUEST FOR COUNTY COMMUNICATIONS OFFICE SUPPORT
4. INSTRUCTIONS

   The Montgomery County Office of Communications provides strategic and tactical services to County departments to maintain effective lines of communication between County government and its employees, the media, and the public. All projects are subject to review and will be considered based on the following factors:

   1. Does the project support one or more of the strategic priorities of Montco 2040: A Shared Vision?
   2. What is the visibility, reach, and longevity of the project?
   3. What is the timeline for the project?

   Timelines will be determined based on the scope of the project. Advance notice allows for better planning, product and marketing. Projects with larger scopes require more advanced notice. Failure to provide prompt and timely feedback may result in project delays or cancellation.

   COMPLETING THIS FORM DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE COMMUNICATIONS OFFICE WILL BE ABLE TO LEND SUPPPORT. If your projects is denied, you may be provided with a list of pre-approved vendors who may assist with your project.

   Please provide as much complete information as possible before submitting. The County Communications Office will contact you regarding your request to let you know if/how we are able to help you.
