Need to file a new Interstate\Intrastate complaint?

New Interstate\Intrastate Filings

  • You can file for support if the non-custodial parent resides outside of Montgomery County. If the non-custodial parent resides in another Pennsylvania county, you would file an IFSA complaint for support. If the non-custodial parent resides in another state, you would file an UIFSA complaint for support. If the non-custodial parent resides internationally, you can file for support if the country where the non-custodial parent is residing is a part of the Hague Convention or if the Unites States has a reciprocal agreement with the Country.
  • Please complete an application for support online utilizing Pennsylvania's E-Services filing system
