Sewage permit applications and designs are available if issued after 1991. Please call the Health Department location nearest you and ask for the Sewage Enforcement Officer (SEO) who oversees your municipality. Prior to the inception of Office of Public Health, on-lot sewage permits were issued by local SEO working for individual municipalities. Contact your local municipality for the permit copy if issued prior to 1991.
