Now Available!
MCPC compiles and continually updates data to assess various trends throughout Montgomery County. 
Our shopping centers inventory report shows a total of 151 shopping centers in Montgomery County as of the end of 2022. The total amount of gross floor area for shopping centers in this inventory is 30,888,174 square feet, an increase of over 5.7 million square feet in the last 16 years.
