2022 COUNTY TRANSPORTATION  PROGRAM GUIDEBOOK AVAILABLE!

The 2022 round of the County Transportation Program (CTP), a $1 million grant program to assist Montgomery County municipalities with funding for local transportation projects and needs, has kicked off with the release of the 2022 guidebook. Montco municipalities can view the application summary and guidebook in advance of the application period, which runs from June 1 to July 29, 2022. The CTP is open to all county municipalities to fund transportation projects that are eligible for Liquid Fuels funding. The grant program will fund up to 80 percent of projects under a $250,000 construction cost, with a 50/50 match for additional funds up to a $850,000 construction cost. Transportation projects will be considered for funding based on their benefits to the overall public, consistency with local and county comprehensive plans, and project readiness. The application form will be posted on the website when the application period begins.
