Board of Elections Provides Notice of Hearing for Challenges to Provisional Ballots

NORRISTOWN, PA - The Montgomery County Board of Elections announced today a hearing to consider all challenges to Provisional Ballots cast in the November 3, 2020, General Election. Poll Watchers challenged 4,223 Provisional Ballots cast in Montgomery County.

The Board of Elections will convene on November 12, 2020, at 10 a.m. in the County Commissioners’ Board Room on the 8th Floor at 425 Swede Street, Norristown, PA 19401. Click here for the full hearing notice

Space within the room is limited due to social distancing guidelines. Members of the press and public are encouraged to watch the proceedings virtually. The hearing will be live streamed for public viewing on Montgomery County's Facebook page.

Montgomery County residents with challenged ballots who wish to participate in the hearing may submit comment via email at ballots@montcopa.org. No in-person comments will be accepted.
