I feel so lucky to have such a hardworking and adaptable staff. As we enter the fourth month of the coronavirus pandemic, my office continues to be closed to the public, but my office has been able to continue to provide service at the same levels as in previous years.
Everyone in my office has taken the challenges of irregular office hours and working from home with positivity and grace, and I could not be prouder of them of their dedication to serving you and to Montgomery County. I can’t say thank you enough to this awesome group of dedicated individuals.
During the past four months, my staff’s dedication to our customers has not waivered: We have continued to process eRecording, mail, plans, swear in notaries and much more.
We are also happy to be hearing from you that the Public Access System is working well! Documents are available on the Public Access System dating back to 1784. Subscription options are available for regular users of the system, either by the month or by the day.
Our office continues to be staffed Monday through Friday during our regular office hours. You can eRecord, mail us documents and we now have a drop box located in the lobby of our building.
Everyone in our office looks forward to the day we can serve you again in person but are delighted that we have been able to continue to perform all the functions of our office during this pandemic.
