The Office of Housing & Community Development will conduct a hearing to provide the citizens of Montgomery County with an opportunity to comment on the 2021-2022 Consolidated Annual Performance & Evaluation Report (CAPER).  The CAPER covers all of the activities completed or in progress during the Program Year 2021 which began 10/1/2021 and ended 9/30/2022. Copies of the CAPER will be available from OHCD beginning on 12/2/2022. The County of Montgomery also proposes to conduct a Substantial Amendment to amend its 2019 Annual Action Plan. A virtual Public Hearing on the CAPER and Substantial Amendment will be held on Wednesday, December 7, 2022 at 12 noon. Instructions on how to access the meeting will be posted on the County website at www.montcopa.org.  Interested parties may attend and present their comments. Citizens may also submit their comments on the CAPER or Substantial Amendment through the mail, telephone, or email.
