Collett's Senior Scam Prevention event and sign up for a free alert system that sends users an e-mail notification whenever a documents is recorded against their property. This alert system, called FraudSleuth, sends notifications whether you have made changes to your property, such as taking out a new mortgage, satisfying your mortgage, or changing the names on your deed; or if fraudulent activity has occurred.
