Board of Health

The Montgomery County Board of Health is a five-member board required to meet at least once every three months.

Public Health Code

On May 3, 2017, the Montgomery County Board of Health approved revisions to the Public Health Code. The revisions became effective June 3, 2017.

Program Plans

Through Act 315, the Pennsylvania Department of Health mandates that all county municipal health departments develop Annual Program Plans that outline the programs and services we provided. We are also required to report on our accomplishments from the previous year.
