True Partnership brings together diverse groups of people and organizations to identify new and better ways of thinking about building communities and strengthening programs. It focuses on including and valuing the unique perspectives of all key stakeholders, including persons with lived experience, and staff. True Partnership encourages the community to engage in critical reflection and to work collaboratively and equally to promote social change, equality, and empowerment. It celebrates the idea that programs will no longer be created and delivered to you but rather they will be created and delivered with you.
