Compliance and Reporting

As the recipient of an allocation under the Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (SLFRF), Montgomery County must provide the Federal government with regular quarterly and annual reports and must comply with all guidelines for the eligible uses of these funds.

Approved projects that are being managed entirely by a non-Montgomery County government department (including fiduciary responsibility) are considered subrecipients under this program. All subrecipients must agree to abide by the same reporting and compliance structure, though all subrecipient project and expenditure reports will be submitted to the Montgomery County Recovery Office for inclusion in the County's reports to the Federal government. In addition, all subrecipients must abide by all relevant County, State and Federal procurement and labor guidelines.
