The number of Military and Overseas Ballots returned indicates the number of Military and Overseas Ballots that were returned to Voter Services by 5 p.m. on the seventh day following the Election.
Members of the Military and other qualified voters who reside outside the United States have up to seven days after Election Day to return their ballots. Postmarks do not count. The total number of ballots in this category will continue to change as ballots are received prior to the deadline.
The number of Military and Overseas Ballots counted indicates the number of eligible Military and Overseas Ballots that have been counted.
The number of Military and Overseas Ballots rejected indicates the number of Military and Overseas Ballots that were not incorporated into the count.
Ballots issued to members of any branch of the United States Military and other qualified voters who reside outside the United States can be received by Voter Services up to seven days after Election Day. The envelopes that these ballots are returned in are time-stamped upon arrival and stored in a secure area until they can be evaluated & scanned.
