Five administrative staff and approximately ten law enforcement staff process and serve over 20,000 civil court documents throughout the County each year. Hundreds of residents call or visit our office each year to seek assistance with many complex legal actions. These civil actions include evictions, levies on personal property, complaints, foreclosures, divorce actions, protection from abuse orders, and sheriff sales. There have been positive results from the implementation of new policies and procedures, which provide more high-quality and efficient service and safety.
