We strongly suggest that you do not wait until the last day to file an appeal. Contact our office by phone or in-person to get information about appealing an eviction decision. Your filing fee may be waived.

Please contact the Prothonotary Office at 610-278-3361 for more information on how to appeal an eviction. 

Residents applying for financial assistance relative to their appeal should arrive before 1 p.m.
