Early Childhood Health and Wellness Program

11-2-3 A Healthy Me-2-3 A Healthy Me is a fun way for families and classrooms to explore healthy foods and activities. The program features 8 units that focus on physical activity, fruits and vegetables, portion sizes, the importance of water, and Go, Slow, and Whoa foods.
