Early Childhood Health and Wellness Program
1-2-3 A Healthy Me is a fun way for families and classrooms to explore healthy foods and activities. The program features 8 units that focus on physical activity, fruits and vegetables, portion sizes, the importance of water, and Go, Slow, and Whoa foods.
Each unit includes two videos – one for children and another for caregivers/educators. The caregiver video provides fun and easy things to do with children to reinforce what was learned in their lesson. Handouts and activity ideas are included.
