Montgomery County offers businesses tremendous location opportunities, be it in a major employment center, office park, or industrial site, the perfect main street location, having space to grow, access to transportation infrastructure, or connecting with target markets and consumers as well as being the Keystone of the Northeast Corridor. The Montco Site Select initiative is our way of bringing together a variety of tools, knowledge, and expertise to help everyone from entrepreneurs to the Fortune 500 explore and understand the possibilities of locating & growing in Montgomery County.

Looking for information on available sites? Complete our Montco Site Select Inquiry Form and we will prepare a property report based on your parameters of available sites in the county. Additionally, we will confidentially share your property search inquiry with a network of real estate and development professionals to get you the latest information on available or soon to be available sites and buildings.

Real Estate and Development professionals, local economic development organizations, and stakeholders interested in being a part of the Montco Site Select network can email MCSiteSelect@montgomerycountypa.gov to be added to our distribution list.  When a new site select inquiry is received, those on the distribution list will have the opportunity to submit information on potential sites that match the submitted parameters.

Montco Site Select Process

The Montco Site Select Process is designed to harness the power of a powerful real estate database along with local knowledge from real estate professionals and leaders throughout Montgomery County.  Within approximately five business days of an inquiry, the Commerce Department will work to provide the best possible matches to an inquiry along with other information that will help a project advance.
