Criminal Justice Advisory Board

Overview

The Montgomery County Board of Commissioners established the Montgomery County Criminal Justice Advisory Board (CJAB) on June 12, 2008. The mission of the Montgomery County CJAB is to examine and address criminal justice issues from a systemic and policy perspective and recommend ways in which public safety agencies and private organizations can efficiently, effectively, and collaboratively deliver criminal justice programs throughout those communities encompassed by Montgomery County.


The Montgomery County Criminal Justice Advisory Board has produced comprehensive annual reports on the state of the Adult Criminal Justice System and the Juvenile Justice System in 2018.
