9-1-1 Complaints, Quality Assurance, and Commendations

If you recently called 9-1-1 in Montgomery County for emergency assistance and would like to submit a complaint, have questions, or would like to submit a commendation, you may reach us in one of several ways. If available, provide the location and date/time of the incident, a description of events, and, if possible, the name or dispatch number of the person you spoke with during your 9-1-1 call.

Phone: At any time (24 hours-a-day), you may contact the Montgomery County Emergency Communications Center at 610-635-4350. Request to speak with a supervisor and he/she will take the appropriate action.
